Terms of Service

Quoted fares are fixed and include chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls, taxes and standard waiting time. Extra stops, extended waiting and route changes requested during the ride may be charged additionally.

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to one hour before the scheduled pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from landing; all other pickups include 15 minutes.
